Making a Complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO)
If you still remain dissatisfied then you have the option of contacting the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman (SPSO), who is responsible for considering complaints about organisations providing public services in Scotland , including the PCCS. You can visit the SPSO at:
